This degree promotes development of knowledge and understanding, handling information, problem solving and practical skills in home management, food science and nutrition, human development, textile and interior designing. As the degree program is combined with practical in most course units, the students are expected to obtain the optimum level of understanding of the subject covered and become readily employable. The degree also aims to provide knowledge and experience in technological, scientific, creative, aesthetic and social field.<\/p>\n
